We have the latest 3D CAD design technology, as well as all the traditional hand techniques used by our expert craftsmen, enabling us to bring your design to life in your choice of a precious metal and gemstones.
The Gem Studio team have 50 years collective experience in modern, traditional and antique methods of jewellery design and manufacture.
Our experts will guide and advise you throughout the creation of your unique piece of jewellery.
Repairs and the reconstruction of treasured or lost heirlooms are one of our specialities.
Choose a stone from our collections or if you have specific requirements, let us know before your visit and we will ensure we have a selection to view.
Work with us to design your unique piece. Input your ideas or give the designers free range to create something spectacular on your behalf.
View scale drawings and 3D CAD images and approve wax carvings and models before casting in metal.

Valuation & Certification
We offer valuation services for all Jewellery, Watches and Giftware (Silverware) in association with SafeGuard Quality Assurance Ltd.
We also offer Certification options for newely purchased or existing items and loose stones.

Repairs & Alterations
Ring sizing - Up or Down - Price dependent on Metal, type of ring and how many sizes.
Re-polishing - Bring a shine back to your jewellery, quick clean & polish or full buff & re-shine service for well worn pieces.
Rhodium Plating - Bring your white gold back to its former glory with a little polish and a new coat of Rhodium
Gold Plating - Re-plate your favourite costume jewellery or add a splash of colour.
Stone Replacement - For chipped or lost stones.. or if you managed to find the stone we can re-set it for you.
Engraving - Various font styles for engraving both inside & out of rings. Machine and Hand engraving available to suit required finish.
Finger printing - Also your own handwritting lazer engraving available on some items.
